To enhance your experience during extended stays, Kite Star offers its guests an extra cleaning service, including linen change, for reservations of 10 nights or more. To request the cleaning, simply inform us when providing the check-in information. The service will be scheduled in advance, depending on operational availability, ensuring greater comfort and convenience throughout your stay. Guest access 72 hours before check-in, guests must inform us of their arrival time and guest details (full name and CPF). They will then be sent access instructions, such as passwords for the doors and/or parking spaces (if available).
