Have fun in this cozy house with the whole family. On the road to Masaya, 5 minutes from Galería Santo Domingo, 10 minutes to Managua, 15 minutes to Masaya and 25 minutes to Granada city and only 20 minutes from Managua Airport. Includes butler service and continental breakfast option for all guests. Note: There are only 3 rooms. 4 is an Airbnb error. Other things to note We are pleased to welcome you to your stay at Casa Ranchito with Pool in beautiful Managua. Check-in starts at 3:00 pm, but you can arrive at your convenience after that time. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Make sure all air conditioners in the rooms are turned off and the remote controls are in the place where you found them. HOUSE RULES - POOL: Children should only swim under adult supervision. - Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm. - NO PARTIES: We don't allow parties or special events. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. - Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odors and stains may be applied. Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside. - PARKING: Parking is provided in the driveway or parallel parking is available in front of the house on the street. This is suitable for sedans or smaller SUVs. If you have larger or longer cars or if you have more than one car, you can park parallel in front of the house. - Finally, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, and it is also my home when I stay in Managua, please be respectful of the property.
