Steele Magnolia Cottage sleeps 2 quaint & quiet

The Cottage @ Steele Magnolia is a newly renovated, cozy home just minutes off I -59 but world's away from the rat race. The cottage has one bedroom with a comfoy memory foam king bed, en-suite full bath with ceramic tub/shower combo, full chef's kitchen, nicely stocked and open concept living room. The front porch with Southern swing is great for morning coffee and the large back screened porch has outside dining & living spaces with smart tv. Guests love the charming outdoor spaces ! The space The cottage can be rented with a one bedroom option or two. This allows for lower booking charges & fees for couples or singles. The home is an open concept Living Room/Kitchen, an 11' x 12' Bedroom with king bed & En Suite full bath, an open front porch, large rear screened porch with outdoor living & dining areas and a full laundry. There is plenty of parking for two vehicles or a vehicle with trailer. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, yard, porches & dog yard except the front bedroom , which will remain locked for the one bedroom option. Steele Magnolia is comprised of the Cottage, the Guesthouse and the Holiday Rambler, all located on a little under an acre. The Guesthouse & Rambler have their own parking areas, fenced yards and privacy fencing, but the entrance +with privacy glass) to the Guesthouse does face the Cottage screened porch. Once inside, Guesthouse guests have their own defined spaces for everyone's privacy. Both the Guesthouse & The Rambler can be rented with the cottage for larger groups. Other things to note The Cottage is Pet Friendly for dogs 50 lbs or less (unless approval granted by host) with a limit of two dogs. Pet fee is a one time charge for the stay for both dogs. Exceptions are made for well behaved pets & guests! Please keep pets on lead unless in the dog yard to keep them safe. Clean up after your pet and we ask that pet food not be left out as it attracts undesirables. Use couch covers (provided under oven in drawer) for pets that use couches. Please , no pets on bed linens. The Cottage is handicap accessible in most capacities.
