Owned and operated by The Batchelor Pad, LLC The space The property is a little over an acre with an incredible view looking out across the bay and the glacier beyond. The unit itself is a basement floor apartment with about 900sf of space; about the size you would expect from a 2-br apartment. The kitchen is stocked with the basics and ready if you want to cook! Other things to note Like any house, this one has its quirks; in this case both the entry door and the refrigerator doors tend to need an extra gentle push to ensure they are closed (but please do not slam them shut). There is no air conditioning but a/c is generally not needed in Homer. There are plenty of windows that can be opened to help cool down the unit if it gets too warm.
