Chichibu Night Festival Limited Plan for 4 or More Guests/Tomodachi House

This plan is for groups of 4 or more people staying on the day of the Chichibu Night Festival. Last year, we had inbound guests staying for 2-3 days, so I am not fluent in English, but I will do my best to support you during your stay! Sam, our concierge and guide, who worked as a manager for about 4 years at an accommodation facility in Chichibu City and received high praise from customers, is now the manager of a guest house that opened in July 2024. The space The inn is a typical 80-year-old house in Chichibu, which the manager Sam renovated after living in it for about half a year, with the convenience of guests in mind. ① On the first floor, there is a 6-tatami-mat waiting room at the entrance (with closet), a 6-tatami-mat Japanese-style bedroom (with closet), and a 10-tatami-mat dining room/kitchen, There is a toilet and a bathroom (with a dressing room). ② On the second floor, there is a ① 6-tatami Japanese-style room for relaxation, ② a 10-tatami bedroom (with closet), and ③ a 6-tatami Western-style room with a sofa (with closet), as well as a toilet and veranda. ③ Parking is available on the side of the building on the premises and is free of charge. Parking is available for up to 2 regular-sized sedans. Guest access There are two entrances to the building, Lily Beauty Salon and Tomodachi House, but please enter through the door marked Tomodachi House. Please note that there will be people coming in and out of the beauty salon from about 9 am to 7 pm, as it is in the same building. Other things to note ① The hotel is located close to the national highway, so in some cases, the noise of large vehicles may interfere with your sleep. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do provide earplugs for you to use. ② Smoking is not allowed in the building, but ashtrays are provided outside, so please smoke outside. ③ Please keep your valuables with you. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost items. ④ Please note that you may be asked to pay for any damage to equipment or utensils, or any complaints from neighbors. ⑤ Please refrain from BBQs and parties as it is located in a residential area. Also, please refrain from playing loud music or making loud noises. ⑥ Please note that there will be people coming in and out of the beauty salon from 9 am to 7 pm, as it is attached to the property.
