Relax in our charming renovated farmhouse located in the heart of Perche Ornais and enjoy a very pleasant environment 1.5 hours from Paris, 2 hours from the landing beaches, 2.75 hours from Mont St Michel. This typical 180 m2 family house is located on a 4000 m2 plot, ideal for a stay with family or friends by the fireplace or in the shade of the large linden tree depending on the season. Well-equipped, everything is designed to ensure you have a great time. The space Located in the new commune of Val au Perche, you are 10 km from Nogent-le-Rotrou and its Château St Jean, 30 km from Thiron-Gardais and the Collège Militaire de Stéphane Bern and 20 km from Bellême and its forest renowned for mushroom picking. Le Perche offers many sites to visit as well as a range of activities: hiking, escape room, tennis, paddle boarding, canoeing, cycling, horseback riding, pedal boating at the Plan d'Eau de la Borde. The house is spacious and well-equipped. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with fireplace and piano, a fully equipped kitchen to prepare good meals to share (raclette, fondue, plancha...) 1 shower room, 2 bedrooms (1 large queen size bed and 2 single beds), a washing machine as well as a dryer and bathroom. On the 1st floor, a master suite with its dressing room and shower, another bedroom with a queen size bed as well, an office area and a play and reading area for young and old. Outside, you can enjoy a shaded terrace and dining area. The garden and its pétanque court will offer you pleasant moments of relaxation. Several fruit trees are planted on the grounds, you can enjoy their fruits according to the seasons. The pool is not accessible at the moment, it is not heated. A welcome booklet is available upon arrival, as well as various documentation on the must-see sites to visit. Enjoy the Theil-sur-Huisne market every Wednesday morning as well as their very good bakeries, meet the shopkeepers of this pleasant village (florist, bar, tobacco press, hardware store, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurant...) and the many facilities offered (tennis courts, sports complex, skate park...). You can also book one of 2 paddle courts in Condé-sur-Huisne, to introduce you to this new racket sport. Guest access You'll have the place to yourself, as well as the outdoors.
