Cozy family home in Nedenes

Child-friendly detached house in an established residential area between Arendal and Grimstad, half an hour from Dyreparken. The space Master bedroom with double bed. A room with a bed that can be pulled out (Brimnes). A small children's room with bed and extra mattress that can be placed on the floor. Laundry room can be used during your stay if desired. Child-friendly, but not for the very little ones, since the stairs go straight up to the living room and do not have a stair gate. Artificial grass pitch and activity park in the immediate vicinity of the home. Six minutes walk to grocery store and bus stop with frequent departures to both Arendal and Grimstad. Great hiking areas (coastal trail) nearby, I am happy to help with more information if desired. Guest access The entire home can be used, with the exception of the garage and storage room.
