Welcome to this amazing villa with idyllic lake location at Möckeln. The house is tastefully developed and completely renovated in 2022-23 and offers a total of about 320 sqm on three floors. Here you live with your own beach plot, sun jetty and a raft with motor waiting for the summer's adventure. The villa has 7 bedrooms, two fresh and renovated bathrooms, an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, as well as several inviting social areas and a glassed-in patio. It has room for 1–3 families to stay comfortably all year round! The space On the entrance floor there is a hallway with entrance to a bathroom. Fresh kitchen with dining area next door and open plan to living room. Inside glass doors there is another living room/living room for the children as well as an orangery that can be opened completely with glass doors to the conservatory. Upstairs there are five bedrooms, of which a large master bedroom with 210 cm bed and air conditioning. The other bedrooms offer 2 x 120 cm bed as well as a cot of 90 cm and a bedroom with a sofa bed that can be made out to 140 cm. In the basement there is a laundry room, a bedroom with a double bed 180 cm bed with a luxurious bathroom en suite, equipped with double shower and double bubble bath. Otherwise, there is another room with a double bed 180 cm, and a gym with a treadmill.
