The Ty Mab house in the center of the village of Île de Sein offers part of the gîte for seasonal rental, with a 40 m² 2-room accommodation for 2 to 3 people with 2 separate beds (kitchen, living room, bedroom, and annexes) and 2 shower rooms. The house is not a vacation rental but our house in which we live a good part of the year (the other part of the house is closed, owners) The space *You are the only renters of the house (the other small studio for only 1 person is in the outbuilding in the garden). If it is occupied, you will therefore share the garden in the Senan spirit of conviviality; however, everyone has their own private terrace space with furniture. - Entrance to the open living room on the ground floor, 9 m², including a sofa bed that converts into a single bed (100 x 190) Hallway with storage and at the end: - The small 9 m² kitchen with: 1-bowl sink, Domino induction stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, mini oven, toaster, countertop fridge, small table, chairs, all the necessary dishes, TV & Wi-Fi - and its enclosed bathroom of 2 m2 (toilet, shower, sink) - On the 1st floor of the house, the spacious 15 m2 bedroom with: * 1 bed 140x190, storage, cube refrigerator; small desk; TV & Wi-Fi and its bathroom open to the bedroom (toilet-sink-shower) simply separated by a privacy curtain All for a total of 40 m2 Linens are included. Please bring your own towels - and your garden area with furniture for your meals outside PLEASE NOTE that the house does not have a washing machine Guest access The accommodation is designed for self check-in with a key box. I'll send you the map of the house and the key code the day before, by email. The bed in the bedroom is made for your arrival. If no instructions are given when booking, the sheets for the single sofa bed will be available in the closet (the bed can be set up upon request) - As soon as you book, all the useful information to guide you in your stay will be sent to you by email (boat reservation, practical details on the island etc.) **At the same time, also check the availability of the Pennarbed company's boat, especially during vacations and long weekends, because the island is in high demand during these periods (and book your crossing immediately after confirming your accommodation) - Parking at the Audierne ferry station is free for your vehicle The accommodation is located a 5-minute walk from the docks. On the island of Sein no cars or bikes, everything is on foot. Other things to note No sea view from the house, but if you take a few steps outside, it's all around. A guide binder is available in the accommodation with all the useful information to know about the island (restaurants, visits, walks, etc.) The accommodation may not be suitable for a couple with a small child because the beds are not on the same floor.
