Other things to note Guests are welcome to use the parking space located to the left side of the driveway, near the entrance to the house. Please ensure vehicles are parked within this designated section to avoid blocking other spaces. If you need additional parking, street parking is available in front of the house. The residential parking space measures approximately 17 feet by 9 feet, making it suitable for standard-sized cars and SUVs. It is available 24/7 with easy access from the main road. The space is well-lit at night, and security cameras on the property provide added peace of mind. Please note, however, that commercial vehicles may not fit in the allotted parking space. Street parking in front of the house is available for larger vehicles. The unit features two bedrooms: the master bedroom is equipped with a window-type air conditioner, while the second room has an electric fan for ventilation. Additionally, the entire house, especially the living area, is kept cool with a centralized air conditioning system. Note: No smoking, no pets and please observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Pick-up/large vehicles are not fitted in the parking area.
