It is all refurbished, with all the plumbing and electrical wiring having been replaced. It is equipped with new, unused utensils, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, mattresses, bed and bath linens, crockery, cutlery, pots, etc. The list of utensils is complete, with a blender, iron, toaster, coffee maker, beach chairs and towels, etc. It has a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom, split air-conditioning in the living room and wall air-conditioning in the bedroom. Cable TV in the living room and bedroom, broadband Wi-Fi, Netflix, Globoplay, HBO Max, Prime and Disney+. The apartment is very well located, on the beach block, at Posto 9. In a few steps, you're on the sand. It is close to the best bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cafeterias, the Hippie market on Sundays and the subway; in short, no visitor could be better hosted! It is relatively close to Copacabana Beach, just a 15-minute walk away. On the corner of the street is the Garota de Ipanema bar, where Vinícius de Moraes composed the famous song of the same name. The building is family-friendly, with only 4 floors and 4 apartments per floor, with a doorman during the day and security cameras. Guest access The guest can choose to go to Ipanema beach, which is in front, or to Arpoador, Leblon, Diabo or Copacabana beaches, with the latter being possible to reach on foot. Transportation is plentiful, with bus stops and vans both on the beach and nearby streets, as well as the subway one block away.
