Enjoy the peace and fresh air of the country whilst you overlook the paddocks and dam. Meet the friendly residents - Cows, Alpacas, Goats & Sheep and enjoy a cuddle or feed with them. The space Ideal for anyone visiting the Southern Highlands for a getaway, event or special occasion. The Cottage is just the right size for a couple, family or a group of friends. The fireplace will help you keep cozy on misty nights in the two comfy bedrooms. A queen size bed is available on the ground floor adjacent to the main bathroom, featuring twin rain showers overlooking the fields via an oversized glass door that opens to feel the evening breeze. A laundry tub and washing machine are available for your convenience. A king size bed appoints the lofted master bedroom at the top of the Hamptons staircase. With expansive views across the countryside you'll enjoy waking to see what the day has to offer. An adjoining ensuite bathroom with heated towel rails and stone floors, allows you to stay in bed as long as you desire. A full function kitchen is provided, with all the essentials to help you enjoy your stay and remove the need to head out for meals. An induction stove and oven with pots, pans and utensils will have you cooking like a master chef. Plates, bowls, glassware and cutlery should go without saying but are worth a mention. A dishdrawer makes for easy clean-up after your banquet. There is also a microwave to heat up your leftovers. A full size retro Smeg refrigerator and freezer will keep your produce fresh for your stay. When you're not buisy exploring the beautiful Southern Highlands surrounds, cafes, restaurants, providores, wineries, national parks waterfalls and bushwalks. Relax on the corduroy chaise lounge with internet connected TV and Bluetooth soundbar. Wi-Fi is available so you can share your amazing experiences with your FOMO friends. The lofted ceilings expose the timber beams and allow the open plan to fill with natural light. The rear deck leads to green pastures where you can feed our animal friends. Meet the alpacas, cows, sheep and goats. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire cottage and are free to explore the paddocks and yard. A smart lock provides easy access to the Cottage. The back yard of the main homestead is reserved for the residing dogs and their humans - please be respectful of their privacy. Other things to note We have hosted weddings previously by the dam.
