This one bedroom unit is situated in a convenient and central location in Ipswich, right on the back of a nature reserve and the Bremer River. The unit is within 10 minutes drive to Riverlink Shopping Centre, hospitals, CBD, cafes, restaurants, and the train station. There is a carpark space for you with access via a remote key operated electric gate. You'll have the whole unit to yourselves (up to 2 guests), with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, bedroom, and outdoor patio. The space Tivoli, Queensland. Our home is located next to the Bremer River and a nature reserve. One of my favourite things about our home is watching the birds in the backyard on the native trees and bushes. And when the sun is setting, you can enjoy the golden sunshine on the gum trees in the nature reserve. There is access to the nature reserve and the Bremer River from the house. If you've got a boat, there is a boat ramp nearby at Cribb Park (5 mins drive). Our place is close to the Rail Museum, Ipswich Art Gallery, Cobb and Co Tourist Drive, local cafes, restaurants, bars, and plenty of lovely walks (please ask for recommendations if you wish). There are also information guides on the coffee table. Guest access You'll have the whole unit downstairs to yourselves, and you have full use of the kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, bedroom, and outdoor patio. You also have access to an undercover carpark for one vehicle on the property. The backyard, laundry, and washing line are shared spaces.
