The lounge has a sofa bed which will sleep two people if needed. There is free WIFI for guests to use throughout their stay and the smart TV allows you to access streaming services with ease. We have also provided a small selection of books and games for those of you who want to switch off from the online world! KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay, including a two ring electric hob with oven, Ninja air fryer, kettle, coffee machine with a selection of tea and coffee, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and dishwasher. We also provide cooking utensils, pots & pans, crockery, cutlery, knives, glassware and essential condiments. DINING AREA: The folding dining table seats up to 4 people and looks out over the balcony with field views. WORK SPACE: A small desk and chair are available for guests who need a dedicated space to work, whether you're traveling for business or catching up on tasks during your stay. BEDROOM: The bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe, and small chest of drawers, with all linens provided. There is also a sofa bed that can sleep up to two people, if you plan to use the sofa bed, please let us know so we can supply additional bedding. BATHROOM: The bathroom includes a shower cubicle, toilet, and sink, with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. ** The Studio is located on the first floor, there are stairs to access the property, for this reason it may not be suitable to anyone with mobility issues. ** The Studio is compact at just 27 square metres with an open-plan layout with no separate rooms or enclosed sleeping areas. ** Although The Studio can accommodate up to 4 guests with a double bed and a sofa bed, its compact size makes it better suited for 2 people or solo travellers. ** Due to the layout and design of our space, our property is not suitable for children under 12 or infants. ** We charge a small fee of £5 per dog per night so please ensure you add your dog to the reservation to get the correct nightly rate. OUTSIDE: You’ll have access to your own private balcony with has lovely views over fields and of the Wrekin (on a clear day) plus your own private enclosed garden. There are seating areas located on the balcony and in the garden. PARKING & ACCESS: You’ll have your own free off-road parking directly outside The Studio. The property is on the first floor and accessed via stairs, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. PETS: Well behaved dogs are considered on an individual basis so please have a chat with us before booking if you are thinking about bringing your dog. We will ask you the size of your dog before accepting your booking. Photo evidence may be required. Please read through our pet policy which can be found under house rules towards the bottom of this page before booking. **We charge a small fee of £5 per dog per night. LONG STAYS: We welcome guests looking for long stays, including relocators, students on placement, remote workers, business stays, contractors etc…-We offer a 25% discount for stays of 28 days or more. LOCATION: We are in a rural location with no access to public transport so having a car is essential for getting around. We are within walking distance to two pubs serving drinks and a slightly longer walk will get you to a popular pub serving food. The nearest towns are 10-15 minutes drive away. Get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate you, for a small fee. Guest access Enjoy the freedom of self-check-in/ check-out at your convenience. Check-out is by 10AM and check-in is after 3PM. You have your own guest access, private parking, private garden and balcony. No physical key is required you will be sent a code for the key pad to enter 12hrs before arrival. Other things to note - Strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING in the property. *£250 fine if we find evidence of smoking in the property. - No unregistered guests allowed, please inform us first if there will be other guests visiting the property who are not on the booking. - Due to the layout and design of our space, our property is not suitable for children under 12 or infants. We do not supply a cot. - We accept well behaved dogs on an individual basis, please have a chat with us before booking. - Due to the small size of The Studio we can only accept 1 medium sized dog or 2 small sized dogs. - When you request to book please confirm the size of your dog, photographic evidence may be required. We will not accept your booking without this confirmation.
