"Les Gronchons" cottage located in the pretty town of Haybes in the heart of the Pointe des Ardennes in the Meuse Valley and at the foot of the greenway, many nature activities (fishing, cycling, walking...). The accommodation was renovated in 2025. Located in a quiet and peaceful place, nature lovers will undoubtedly enjoy it. 18 people 2 floors accessible by stairs and has a common courtyard with the adjoining cottage. Breakfast and catered meals available -> see photo. The space The accommodation has free fiber, baby equipment (bed and high chair) is available. There is an outdoor common courtyard with a table and a barbecue on request for the winter period (from October 1 to May 31). The accommodation has 6 bedrooms in total: 3 bedrooms with 2 king-size beds (160 x 200 cm), 2 triple bedrooms (1 king-size bed 160 x 200 cm and 1 single bed 90 x 190 cm), 1 six-person bedroom (3 bunk beds 90 x 190 cm), and 3 bathrooms with shower. 1 games room with pool table and foosball. 1 living room of 80 m2. 1 living room with smart TV. The gîte is located at the foot of the greenway and the beautiful Ardennes forest and has a room to store bicycles. There is a lot of nice hiking, a lake, sports activities close to the accommodation. A quiet place to meet friends and family. The barbecue and outdoor furniture are available from May 1st to September 30th. Outside of these hours, please ask us in advance to make it available. Please note before booking: Unfortunately, our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as there are several steps to access the accommodation.
