Independent, new and cozy mini studio!!!

Suite/studio with kitchen and bathroom, as well as an independent entrance from the main house, always valuing the excellent cleanliness and comfort of our guests, in a quiet neighborhood and with easy access to Alphaville, train station to SP, markets and local shopping. Located near the Tiete River ([unfortunately polluted at this time, and nothing we can do at the moment). But the surrounding community is lovely nonetheless!!! ;-) Other things to note Our cancellation policy is moderate (full refund in case of cancellation within 5 days before the start of the stay). REMINDER: If your stay is in progress and you decide to leave your place of stay earlier than planned due to changes in personal plans, in this case there will be no refund since the situation does not fit the cancellation or refund policy, since the stay is already in progress. Except in cases of force majeure, proven and under Airbnb policies. Thank you for your understanding!
