Hali'a - Meaning "Fond Memories" Hali'a is a character filled, small, renovated, 3 bedroom, one and a half bathroom, vintage beach cottage located in the heart of Burleigh Heads. We are only 350 metres to beautiful Burleigh Beach, 800 metres to James St and 1 km from the nearest Coles supermarket. Hali'a is located in a prime pocket of Burleigh Heads positioned within 1 km of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Everything you would need or possibly want to make your holiday special. The space Hali'a has been renovated with a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry but still has original features throughout. It is reminiscent of a 1940's holiday beach home with a Hawaiian flair. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 with Queen Beds and one with two single beds. One bathroom with shower only, no bathtub and 2 separate toilets one located in the laundry. Hali'a is a small 93 sqm home with a back deck with outdoor dining and BBQ overlooking a huge backyard. At Hali’a we understand family also includes fur babies so we welcome your furry family member so you can all enjoy Burleigh together. We supply all linen, bath and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. We also supply some small provisions but as this is a self-catering property you may need to top up during your stay. We have only off street parking no garage is available. Guest access Hali'a is a free standing home and for your use only. Other things to note The Master Bedroom has an air-conditioning unit and there is also one located in the living room and the house is fitted with ceiling fans throughout. As Hali'a is a small property these air conditioning units do help cool the other two bedrooms as long as the bedroom doors are left open. Please Note; there is no garage available, off street parking is available on the driveway FINAL NOTE: 2 SECURITY CAMERA'S ARE INSTALLED ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE. THEY FILM THE DRIVEWAY AND FRONT YARD, NO OTHER CAMERAS ARE ON THE PROPERTY. Thank you.
