Beautiful wood house in Montañita

Comfortable wood house, 3 bedrooms, living and dining room, balconies, garden. Five minute walk to downtown, right by the main road so it's accessible and safe. It's about 80 meters from the beach, there's a small road that leads to the ocean. The house is furnished and the kitchen is well equipped (fridge, kitchen, freezer). WIFI available. Please don't expect a modern, cement, AC house! The space We build the house with fine woods. It has a special charm, we have spend wonderful times in this place. it's our summer house. We wish we could live there in the near future. The House is very private, surrounded by gardens, birds, iguanas and is close to the beach. There are plenty of hammocks to relax and forget about the stressful cities! Guest access To the beach, 80 meters away. To downtown, 5 minutes walk. Hospital at 15 minutes in a town nearby called Manglaralto or 1h in Santa Elena. Other things to note You should always use nets to sleep for keeping away mosquitos.
