Welcome to our little slice of countryside paradise! Our cosy and rural house is the perfect escape just on the outskirts of the Peak District National Park in Marple Bridge . Marple Bridge is a quaint and charming town in Greater Manchester that offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The space Windyridge sleeps up to 8 adults in four bedrooms. Inside we have - Kitchen/dining room (with modern amenities - fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cafetière, electric oven and 2 ring induction hob. An oil-fired AGA available between November - March) Lounge with a log burner and smart TV Snug room with smart TV and Nintendo WII console. Downstairs cloakroom (toilet and basin) Utility room with washing machine. Bedroom 1 - king bed, ensuite shower, walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 - king bed Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds Bedroom 4 - zip and link bed (set up as singles but can be made as a king bed on request). All bedrooms have smart TVs. Main bathroom (bath with shower over) Outside, there is a spacious private garden with dining table, BBQ, hot tub and kids play area. Large gated parking area with an EV charging point. Close to many popular amenities- Farmer Johns MTB Park Roman Lakes Leisure Park Werneth Low Country Park Marple Aqueduct National Trust Lyme Park Kinder Scout Peak District National Park Manchester Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, gardens, parking area. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Cot bed linen is not provided. FURRY GUESTS: We are always happy to welcome furry guests at Windyridge House and kindly ask you to use dog blanket and towels, which are provided. LOCATION: Windyridge sits on an A road between Marple Bridge and Glossop.
