A fully equipped kitchen and dining area with modern appliances including an oven, 2-ring induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and Ninja air fryer - perfect for preparing meals after a day exploring. Comfortable lounge with a log burner, smart TV and a selection of board games - perfect for cosy evenings after a day outdoors. Separate snug room with smart TV and Nintendo Wii - ideal for kids or relaxed movie nights. - Downstairs cloakroom (toilet and basin) - Utility room with washing machine. Upstairs we have: - Bedroom 1 - king bed, ensuite shower, walk-in wardrobe with smart TV. - Bedroom 2 - king bed and smart TV - Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds and smart TV - Bedroom 4 - zip and link bed (set up as singles but can be made as a king bed on request) with smart TV - Main bathroom (bath with shower over) The spacious private garden is perfect for relaxing outdoors.
