From the street you enter the main central level which is an open plan, light filled design that maximises views to the ocean. Watch the waves roll in as you lay in the queen sized master bedroom. Enjoy ocean views from the adjoining bathroom suite through floor to ceiling windows. The main living and dining areas create a large open common space. Watch the moon rise over the ocean while relaxing by the wood fired heater, or the sunrise from the eight seat dining table or adjoining outer deck. A modern integrated galley kitchen with 900mm gas stove, pod coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher also serves as a breakfast bar with a large three seater timber bench top which also has views to the ocean. At the forest facing entrance you are greeted with a gracious timber deck with BBQ and outdoor dining table. A fully equipped laundry is set close to the internal entrance. The lower level contains two separate bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, living space and ocean facing deck with BBQ and outdoor seating. The lower level has direct access to the gardens. The top level open sun deck is accessible via an internal stairwell from the main and lower levels and has majestic views of the ocean and mountains. In the gardens, wildlife such as Galahs, Cockatoos and Kookaburras fly freely amongst the trees. Guest access Full run of the house over three levels. There is a small detached additional studio space that is not a part of the main house and may be occupied separately. Other things to note The main level of the house is at street level and is wheelchair accessible with no steps within the whole main level including the bathroom and kitchen. The lower level and upper sun deck are only accessible by stairs.
