Guest access The entire property and its gardens are private and for the guests only Jolly Harbour New Amenities We’re pleased to let you know that during your stay you now have complimentary access to the following at the new Jolly Harbour Sports Complex; the swimming pool, tennis courts, and pickleball courts. A key fob has been provided and is attached to your villa keys. This fob is required to access the facilities. Please take care not to misplace or lose the fob, as a replacement fee will apply, and replacements can take some time. we hope you enjoy the new amenities. Other things to note There is a welcome binder in the property which you should read on arrival to help you get familiarized with the surrounding, info on the property along with house rules and things to note. UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay. EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge, close to arrival. LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.
