Seeking a working professional to rent a bedroom in my resort like home. I offer an in home movie theatre, ur own fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, a full bathroom & kitchen, cabana, swim spa, heat lamps & fire pits. Fyi- I have 2 medium sized dogs; both very friendly. NO CATS ALLOWED! The space This is a split level house. As soon as you walk in the door you can go up or down. Guest will have their own private bedroom & a shared large/full bathroom that is only shared with 1 other guest. If your the only guest that week, bathroom will be private, Please ask if this will be an issue during your stay. Every other space in the house is shared space. There are 2 large living rooms, fully furnished with new 75 inch Smart TV's, dining room and of course a full kitchen anyone can cook in that is fully stocked. 3 full bathrooms, large laundry room, swim spa, cabana, huge swing set, trampoline on .5 acres. The back yard is fully fenced in. Seeking only serious work professionals or guests with a definitive purpose here. No pets. Guest access Front door that everyone in the house uses. There is no key to the door, you will be provided a code prior to check in that opens the door. I will also likely be here to greet you as I am the house manager. My name is Megan. During your stay I am the home owner and will be here the whole entire time keeping the house tidy for guests. I'm very friendly and like to chat, but if you prefer limited communication please just let me know before hand. I also have 2 very friendly medium sized dogs that love people. Bc dogs live here, if you are allergic or scared of dogs this would not be a house you want to stay in! Other things to note PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL ME FOR ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS. NO PETS ALLOWED!
