Come with peace of mind: All bed and bath linens are fully provided and prepared for your arrival. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a large traditional oven, an induction cooktop, a fridge, and a Magimix food processor. A courtesy tray awaits you for your first hot drinks. In the living room, you have an HDTV with your favorite apps (Netflix, Prime Video, etc.). Outside, an enclosed private terrace with a table, chairs, and a deckchair is entirely at your disposal. 🌡️ Keeping you comfortable (Low-Energy House) Thanks to the insulation performance of this newly built property, the studio stays wonderfully naturally cool in summer. To take full advantage of this, simply keep the windows and shutters closed during the hottest hours. A ceiling fan is also installed. 🔒 Code of Respect and House Rules A thorough inventory is carried out before and after each stay. To preserve this setting: • Smoking: The studio is strictly non-smoking, even with the window open. An ashtray is available exclusively in the outdoor courtyard. • Two-wheelers: To protect the floors and walls, no bicycles, scooters or motorcycles are allowed inside (access to the locked garage is available upon prior request). • Visitors: Only those registered on the booking have access to the property for overnight stays. Parties and filming are forbidden. Guest access Private, enclosed and secure parking: The studio is the perfect place if you are traveling for work or with a large vehicle. Our large, enclosed courtyard, secured by surveillance cameras, is perfectly suited for parking a car and/or a trailer or a van with complete peace of mind (ideal for users of Karting de Pusey). Completely free parking: • A private gravel parking space located on your left and right in front of the studio entrance. 📦 Ultra-easy unloading: to unload your luggage and personal belongings effortlessly. Other things to note Purpose of the premises & Living environment: • This studio is a private space for exclusive use as accommodation. Professional photo or video shoots, the creation of commercial/glamour content, and any illegal use are strictly prohibited. • 🚫 Use of the kitchen: The kitchenette is exclusively reserved for preparing your light meals, snacks and personal breakfasts. It is strictly prohibited to use this space for professional cooking activities (catering, commercial production, large-scale preparation). Similarly, please avoid extensive deep-frying to prevent lingering odors for your comfort and that of subsequent guests. • We are particularly committed to the comfort and cleanliness of this place. We count on your consideration to treat the appliances provided (Magimix, conventional oven, etc.) as if they were your own. 🧹 Cleanliness Policy & Check-Out Procedure (Self-Cleaning Option): No fixed cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking. In return, the studio must be returned in a clean condition and in good working order. Before you leave (no later than 11:00 a.m.), please be sure to follow these instructions: 1. Kitchen: Wash, dry, and carefully store all your dishes. Ensure that the appliances used (oven, Magimix food processor, etc.) are perfectly clean. No dirty or unstacked dishes should be left on site. 2. Linens: Strip the bed and place all used linens (dirty sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels) directly in the laundry basket provided for this purpose. 3. Waste: Empty your trash cans (closed bags should be placed in the large gray outdoor bin located in the courtyard; please keep glass bottles and jars separate). Empty the outdoor ashtray if you used it. 4. Security: Make sure to lock the studio door and close the window. 5. Keys: Put the keys back in their envelope and drop everything into the mailbox located on the street side. ⚠️ Any failure to comply with this cleanliness policy (dishes not done, waste left on the premises) will be reported immediately and a cleaning fee will be charged via the Airbnb platform. 🛒 A great location with all amenities within walking distance: The studio enjoys a very convenient location in Pusey.
