The house is in a very quiet area just 5 km from downtown San Vicente and 2 km from downtown Alejandro Korn. Amenities: park, grill, outdoor pergola, covered hall, 7.8x3.4 pool, smart TV, soccer arch, tennis net, deck chairs, and much more to make your stay ideal. Sheets and towels not included. The space The property has 2 bedrooms. At the moment it is rented for 1, 2 or 3 people and a single pet, without objection pets cannot be inside, they can stay in the hall that the house has that is roofed and is protected from everything. The rooms have drawers, fans and a heater. In the living room there is a 3-seater armchair with a 32-inch smart TV. Outside the house there is a park with a soccer arch and tennis net, a pergola that gives shade until about 3pm, and behind it there is a 1.4m grill The car can be parked inside at night, but it must be taken out during the day to maintain the garden. There is a Bluetooth speaker; music can be heard at the speaker's level on weekdays until 10pm Friday until midnight Saturdays until 1am The house has: Electric oven. A gas stove. Mini-fridge (no freezer). Electric water heater. Electric kettle. Blender. 32-inch smart TV Floor fan in each room. The pool outside is already clean for use, and products are left to be used at night and to have it in good condition again the next day. The use of the filter pump is not allowed because if it is used incorrectly it can be damaged. There are paddles and balls to play, tejo, pool float, and cards. If you break or lose any items, you are asked to replace them with items of at least the same quality, otherwise the corresponding complaint will be made to the app. The security camera must always be plugged in, without exception, it is an outdoor camera.
