Beautiful one-bedroomed Five Star Gold barn conversion on the Lambriggan Court estate, situated close to Cornwall's Atlantic Coast. The space The cottage has a spacious open plan bedroom/living room with separate dining room/kitchen and very large bathroom (with separate bath and walk-in shower). There is also a lovely private garden with views down the valley. It is situated in a peaceful, rural location surrounded by eight acres of delightful grounds. It is close to the Atlantic coast and handy for all that Cornwall has to offer. Free eggs from our hens and ducks. You can walk to the coast and a local pub directly from the cottage, via a pretty green lane (30 minutes to the pub, 45 minutes to the beach). The pretty village of St Agnes with its traditional shops, pubs and beach is a 10 minute drive away. Guest access The cottage is self-contained and is situated in a beautiful courtyard of traditional Cornish barns. It has its own access and is very private. There are a total of five cottages at Lambriggan Court, all in Grade II listed converted barns. There is a private garden at the rear the cottage, a shared garden adjoining the courtyard and eight acres of grounds including gardens, two small lakes, woodland, pasture and an orchard.
