You will be halfway between Nantes and Vannes and 30 minutes from the ocean. The space House of 400m2 with garden of 4500m2. The house is composed of a large entrance with billiards and fireplace. There are 5 bedrooms including an 8 seater dorm ( 4 double beds) , 4 bathrooms. A large kitchen equipped with a large catering fridge, dishwasher , 2 ovens , washing machine. A dining area in a cozy atmosphere. A great living room with a warm atmosphere. You also have a dedicated room for your evenings with its fridge bar, sound system and play of light.
