Tastefully decorated and furnished home in a rural location in close proximity to Newmarket, a 10-15 min walking distance of Rossdales Equine Hospital and an equal amount of travel time to Ely, Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds. Transport links include buses, trains and taxis, or me if available! A double bedroom is available with access to shared areas with myself and my small friendly dog Isabella (non-moulting breed). Evening meals and any extras can be included for an extra cost. The space Twin bedroom house with an upstairs bathroom (bath and shower) and a downstairs WC. A fully fitted kitchen is at your disposal with use of an air fryer, combi-microwave, shared fridge and allocated kitchen cupboard space. Some condiments and sauces as well as cooking/salad oil is included. A washing machine and tumble dryer also available. Use of lounge and dining area; dining table can also be used as a work area and the sitting room houses a large screen HD TV. There is high speed broadband and Wifi and a very comfortable leather sofa with a recliner. The rear garden is fully enclosed/secure. The double room is fully furnished with bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe and a pedestal fan. The bed has a quality orthopaedic mattress for medium/firm support (very comfortable). Bedding, blankets and large bath sheets are included during your stay. During your stay, please rest assured that fire safety and risk management is treated as a priority. My home is Fire Safety compliant with all relevant documents, equipment and policies in place (eg. fire risk assessment and evacuation plan, gas and electricity compliance testing, linked fire alarms, signage). Copies of these key documents are included in your Welcome Folder and electronically upon request.
