Detached house of 170 m2 with large living room and open kitchen. 3 large bedrooms + 1 small bedroom in the attic, + 1 additional sleeping area on the mezzanine. 2 bathrooms, each equipped with 1 shower, 1 bathtub, 1 double sink and 1 toilet. Terrace, garden. Bed linens and towels are provided. Parties and pets are not allowed. The space Bedroom 1: bedroom for 3 people equipped with a 180 x 200 cm bed and a 90 x 200 cm bed. (The latter is not yet visible in the photos, the listing will be updated soon). Bedroom 2: bedroom for 4 people equipped with 1 bed of 140 x 200 and 2 bunk beds for children (max 40 kg per bunk). Bedroom 3: Bedroom for 2 people, equipped with 2 beds of 90x190 cm. Bedroom 4: mini bedroom in the attic for 2 people, equipped with 1 bed of 140 x 190. Bedroom 5: this is not a real bedroom, but a mezzanine overlooking the living room. This sleeping area is equipped with a 90 x 190 bed and a small TV. The maximum capacity is: 10 adults and 2 children. Bath towels and sheets are provided. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishes...). In December, we set up a Christmas tree in the house. We do not charge a cleaning fee, we ask that you return the house clean and tidy. The house has many steps, several stairs, mezzanines and half levels. This is its charm, but it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, and young children will need to be supervised. Umbrella bed, high chair and baby bath on request at no extra charge. It should be noted that the WiFi does not work everywhere in the house, but mainly in the living room, the office area, the mezzanine. Guest access The house is private and occupied only by you. You can park 3 vehicles around the house. Check-ins are between 4 p.m. and 11 p.m. Departures are before 11 a.m. The garage and cellar are not accessible to guests because they are not secured.
