Quiet place with full green jungle Around & Inspiring View great breeze and flow of clean air, a brain new property with brain new furniture and accessories. great location: less than 3 km from arambol market/beach : 9 minutes by scooter nearby there is a supermarket, grocery store, bread bakery, restaurant (for breakfast, lunch and dinner), wine shop, ice cream parlor, chicken shop and medical store. no construction happening nearby The space The Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the house, the front balcony is shared with another apartment which is on the same floor. You enter straight into the living room, where you have plasma TV and modem for wi-fi. There are 2 big spacious bedrooms, both have AC , and aQueen Size Double bed. Both have a big wardrobe with hangers and a safe, there is also a full body size mirror and a face mirror, and each bedroom has its own washroom and toilet. In the washrooms there are geysers for hot showers, a sink to wash hands and face with a mirror. The water in the shower has a great flow, strong nice current also with hot water. The Big kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals, and eat,including a dining place with table and chairs. There are electric outlets everywhere, for your comfort , fans in every room, lots of plants that make it feel fresh and alive. There is also a backup for electrical pauses, that makes sure you will not stay in the dark in case one happens ( and it could happen in goa from time to time) and smoke detectors for your safety. There is a strong light and a soft light for every room in the house, for your choice. In Every Balcony there is a nice sitting area with chairs and tables. All the little details were well thought out to make sure you will have the best experience in your vacation. Guest access Well, if you enter the house yard through the gate, you will see a 3 story yellow building . The Apartment is on the last floor , where you can enjoy the best breeze and jungle view. on the 3rd floor are 2 apartment ( both are my air bnb, the other one is 1BHK) The 2BHK apartment is the one on the right, closer to the stairs. The Front Balcony is shared with the other apartment, but you also have a private balcony in the back, both balconies have a great greenery view, birds and monkeys often in eyesight. Also you have access to the private parking in the yard, as well the rooftop where you can meditate, do your yoga, and feel the jungle real close. This Apartment and the price is for 4 people, It is possible to add more mattresses for more people every extra person will pay 1000 rupee per day, maximum people that can stay here is 6 people. If you are more than 4 you must let me know in advance. The house is equipped with all that you need to feel at home, lots of plants gives you a natural lively feeling in the house there is: - AC - Plasma TV (netflix, prime video, you tube etc) - Strong Wifi - geyser (hot water) - water purifier (no need to buy mineral water outside) - clothes washing machine, - In the bedroom there is a bed (sheets, pillows, blanket and towels are supplied) and a wardrobe (with a safe to keep your valuables). In the Kitchen there is: - Fridge (ice cubes, cold water) - double gas stove ( for cooking) - Toaster-Oven - pressure cooker - Sandwich maker - kettle (for hot water) - wine glasses - dining table and chairs - salt and pepper - silverware, dishes,glasses - all thar you need for cooking There are also 2 balconies where you can enjoy the scenery and the good air, (this is where you may smoke) **Also, There is a lot of free private parking on the property.** House is cozy and will give you a feeling of home. The Energy is clean and positive here.
