The downstairs bathroom includes a bath with a shower overhead, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Relax in the spacious living area, complete with a smart TV and free WiFi, or cook up a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes: ✔ Fridge/freezer ✔ Microwave ✔ Electric cooker ✔ Kettle ✔ All essential cookware, cutlery, and plates Scenic Location & Easy Access The entrance to the cottage is located around the side of the main house, with stepping stones. Plenty of off-road parking is available at the front of the main house. The outdoor area provides a lovely spot to take in the fresh Highland air, and there’s plenty to do nearby. Huntly and Keith are both just a 5-minute drive away, offering shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We offer discounts for 7 night and 28 night stays. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole of Kirkton Cottage. The parking for the cottage is on the right side of the main house nearer the garage. Access to the Cottage is around the side of the main house along the stepping stones - the door to the Cottage is next to the back door of the main house. There are 2 adjoining doors in the cottage to the main house - these are locked from both sides so no access is possible. Guests for the Cottage can use the back garden space. Other things to note There can sometimes be sheep in the adjoining fields. On the land there are a number of ponds and bogs - and a small burn - please be careful as the water can be deep. We may have guests in the main house so the parking space and drive will be shared.
