Emohruo @ Lake Albert is a 3 bedroom home with a fourth detach bedroom on the side. The house sleeps 8 guest's comfortably with four queen beds. We can accommodate up to 10 guest's with a sofa lounge in the lounge room, happy to accommodate upon request. Maximum guests is 10. A four minute walk to the walking track around beautiful Lake Albert, which boasts a 5.5 km tared walking track. Close to shops, bus stop and our local The Thomas Blamey Tavern. The space Emohruo is a 3 bedroom home with a detached bedroom on the side of the house. The house has evaporative cooling and gas heating along with a fire place. In the detached bedroom on the side, it has a split system. There are five smart TVs in the house for every one’s entertainment. A large entertainment area outside along with a Webber bbq to complete your evening. Sit back in the lounge room and watch the bromeliad courtyard garden light up at night. All in a very quiet neighbourhood with shops and the local within walking distance. Guest access Guests access the whole house. Other things to note The yard is fully fenced for your furry friends to roam around safely. The house also has a doggy door in the laundry room that leads to the backyard, so your furry friends can come and go as they please. We do ask that animals do not get in beds or on furniture. Smoking is only permitted outside. Baby support for bath can be found in the laundry cupboard. Also porta cot and high chair in cupboard in main bedroom. Porta cot can be setup upon request.
