No extra guests allowed Other things to note No pets. There will be a $125 charge for violating this rule ‼️ No parking of vehicles in the front or back garden area ❌ Don't forget to take out the trash from the whole house when you check out. There will be an extra charge of $50 if you leave trash in the house. Parties are not allowed, there will be a $300 charge for non-compliance with this rule❌
