The space With its own private entrance, our spacious home is spread over two floors and has off road parking for up to 4 cars. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfy lounge with seating for 8, a 65" flat-screen TV, and patio doors leading out to a fully enclosed private rear garden. The open-plan kitchen diner is perfect for entertaining and comes fully equipped for all your basic cooking needs. The kitchen features two fridge freezers, a washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, and induction hob. You'll also find a kettle, toaster, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary pods provided. The dining table, which seats 8, also has patio doors that lead out to the garden. The ground floor also has a double bedroom with a king sized bed in it and a modern shower room just next door. Upstairs, there are 4 double bedrooms and a family bathroom: Bedroom 1 boasts a super king bed with a luxurious 'duel-mattress' ; firm on one side and soft on the other. Bedrooms 2 and 3 also have zip-and-link king-size beds that can be made into singles if required. Smaller, bedroom 5 features a double bed. All bedrooms include wardrobes for hanging and storing your clothes. The modern family bathroom upstairs offers a bath with a shower over. Outside, the quiet and private rear garden includes a dining table with seating for 8, a patio, and a lawned area. The front drive provides parking for up to 4 cars. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this home is quiet and peaceful yet offers easy access to nearby attractions, including Cheltenham's Regency District and Promenade with its restaurants, bars, and shopping. Cheltenham is at the heart of The Cotswolds, with all its popular tourist destinations just a short drive away. Guest access The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival. Other things to note We are pet friendly hosts be do charge £20 per pet per night which will be charged prior to check-in an dis not included in the price of your stay. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary sachets of tea, coffee, sugar along with Nespresso style coffee pods to use with the Nespresso coffee maker. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as oil, milk etc. if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you. We also supply all linen for the 3 king beds, double bed and single bed, along with 2 pillows per guest. There will be a bath and hand towel per guest along with bath/shower mats in each bathroom. Shower gel, hand soap and hand & body lotion is also available in each bathroom. Toilet roll is also provided. In the kitchen we provide a tea towel. We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer than 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter than 7 nights, please contact us for availability and pricing. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available.
