The space 5 Bedroom and 4.5 bathroom home with over 4500 square feet of living space. Host occupied house with easy access via smart lock. Two full kitchens (one for the exclusive use of our guests and one for the hosts). Seasonal pool with private, fenced outdoor space that has a firepit, grilling/smoking, pizza oven, outdoor furniture with large TV, and cornhole. Ample off-street parking for multiple vehicles. Basement with projector TV in addition to 2 other large screen TVs to watch all the games. Bar area, newly re-felted pool table and plenty of area for your group to enjoy quality time together either before, after or during the game. Cook meals and store your drinks and perishables in a full-sized refrigerator. This is all located in a quiet subdivision just minutes from Arrowhead and Kauffman stadiums. Guest access Guest access is conveniently provided via a smart lock on the front door. All guest spaces are open and accessible within the house and each of the three bedrooms has an independent lock with unique codes for security of your valuables. All host spaces are clearly labeled and/or locked to assist with making your stay as pleasant as possible. During your stay We are avid sports fans and Kansas City enthusiasts. Although we cheer for our local teams, we always welcome out of town guests to be a part of the fun and enjoy bringing the KC experience to others. We are happy to interact with our guests and share in making their stay as comfortable as staying at a friend or relative's home. If our guests desire to have privacy, we have more than enough room for everyone to have an exclusive space to enjoy separate activities. Other things to note In an effort to provide a safe, clean and pure environment to all of our future guests, we are NOT a 4-20 accommodating home. We are smoke-free, drug-free, and vape-free on the property (both inside and outside). This listing is NOT designed to be a party venue, however, we are open to entertain requests in advance with full disclosure of intent. We have hosted some fabulous bridal showers, baby showers, and birthday parties with knowledge and agreement in advance. This home is for the pleasure of families and friends in small groups who desire a quiet, clean, peaceful home with awesome amenities and a perfect location to multiple venues. No one under the age of 25 may rent this Airbnb, and no unattended minors on the property at any time without the prior knowledge of the owners. We do not permit the consumption of alcohol by minors on property at any time. A violation of these policies will result in notification of law enforcement and immediate termination of the booking with no refund.
