Our private guest suite is the perfect place to call home while teaching or studying at SUNY. We're located in a tranquil setting, yet within walking distance to campus, shops, restaurants, and trails. Private entrance on the ground floor of our home. We would love to host you! The space We want you to feel right at home in this cute and comfortable space for two. Located in a quiet neighborhood with off street parking and private entrance. The guest suite is located on the ground floor of our home. The bedroom is super sweet - furnished with a queen size, very comfortable bed and soft blankets. We also provide extra sheets & blankets if you'll be needing the sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchenette has everything you need including a french press, the most delicious coffee, and a variety of teas. The bathroom is very spacious with large mirrors for getting ready to attend that local wedding, event, or just a night out in New Paltz. And of course there's the beautiful outdoor patio. Guest access Guests have access to the suite via a private entrance at the ground level of our house. Take advantage of the new patio for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while you watch the sunset over the Shawangunk ridge. The guest suite is totally private and is your own space. Other things to note We’re currently keeping the calendar mostly closed, but taking inquiries for bookings. If you’re interested in our guest- suite for a longer-term stay, just send me a message. There is a cat on the property but she does not enter the guest suite. While outside, you may see me working in the garden, or my husband Matt working in the garage. We're always happy to chat and provide local info but we also respect your need to just enjoy the peace & tranquility.
