Dining table and chairs to seat 6 people (photo shows the old smaller table and chairs, which have now been replaced). King sized bed in the master bedroom with en suite bathroom featuring an excellent shower. Upstairs, a loft bedroom with 4 single beds (which can be pushed together if needed), plenty of toys and children’s books. Snug and cosy, fun for a sleep out. Bathroom with beautiful bath, plus hand basin and lavatory. Clean country feel. It’s a gable ceiling so headroom is fine for children & average sized adults but very tall people will be slightly restricted. Fully lit exterior porch with plenty of space to take your wellies off and hang coats after a long dog walk. 4 acres of garden including a wooden play fort, swings, trampoline, ping pong table and boundless private space to play, cartwheel and picnic. Awesome sunsets and stargazing. On the edge of a quiet hamlet with minimal traffic. All recently furnished to a high standard. Guest access The coach house is fully self contained with a private drive from the road but also has access to a 4 acre shared garden and paddock. It includes ample free off street private parking. The grounds are shared with another house which is my family home but is also occasionally let for guests through Airbnb so there may be other guests staying. This has never been a problem for either set of guests as there is a lot of space but it is worth knowing, in particular if you have a dog. If in doubt please just ask!
