Single room Central and nearby lakes

A spacious and serene space, close to the nature and lakes. The balcony, view of the lakes. Space is shared with me/the host and at times other guests :) The bed is 140cm wide, wide enough for two people. There is a separate toilet and bathroom+toilet. The seperate toilet is exclusive to the renter depending on other renters during time. There is closeby busstop and convenience store. Close to city center and university. Guest access All of the spaces are available except the bedrooms not used yourself.
