Holiday house in the Ardennes

Relax with the family at our beautiful vacation house. It is a large free standing house with 1200m2 garden surrounding it located in a small beautiful French village on a quiet side street. You will have the house to yourself. There are 2 bedrooms (one on the ground floor and one upstairs), a large living room/den, a dining room, very big sunroom (40 m2), eat-in-kitchen, two bathrooms (one has a bathtub and a shower) and a toilet. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room (144cmx 200cm). The space This is our vacation house that we sometimes rent out to guests. It is a large free -standing house built in the 1970's. It has a private driveway where you can park your cars. Under the house is a garage/ basement that is not available to the guests. The ground floor is ~ 150 m2 plus 40 m2 sunroom and is all available to the guests. You can find a hallway when you come in with a toilet on the right. The next room on the right is the bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink and a washing machine. At the end of the hallway there is the bedroom (3x4 m2) with a bed of 160 x 200 cm , a foldable cot, a closet and a washroom with a sink and a bidet. There is a eat-in kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a large corner sofa and a sleeper sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) on the ground floor. The access to the basement is via the door with glass in the hallway (the key is in the basket on the hallway table) - only access it if you have to reset the circuit breaker. In the veranda is a an air-track and 2 rattan chairs with a coffee table as wel as 4 porch chairs. The upstairs has a bedroom of 4 x 3 m2 with a bed of 140 x 200 cm, a closet and a desk. There is a bathroom upstairs with a sink and a toilet. There are 2 bedrooms that are not accessible to the guests upstairs. Outside is a garden (enclosed except for the driveway). There is a porch in front of the kitchen (4 porch chairs are in the veranda). Guest access The entire ground floor and the upstairs bedroom and bathroom are available to the guests. The garage, small room behind the fireplace and 2 other bedrooms upstairs are unavailable for guest use.
