This Property max guest count what we allow is 15pax. We keep a fixed price for 6 people. After that price increases 500/guest. The beach is less than 200meters to the building so the ground water is expected to be vaguely salty and earthly odor, used only for bathrooms/pool. Absolutely NO!! 6) Is Family / Mixed group allowed? Family /Mixed (with all ID proofs) 7) Is corporate parties/ company get together is allowed? Not preferred. 8) Early check -in or late check-out allowed? No such service allowed. 9) Are sound box or DJ systems allowed? No, however you could carry a small Bluetooth speaker with you. 10) Any discount on advertised price? NO, however there is discount for CLUB members only.
