Enjoy our quiet and spacious guesthouse! Centrally located, it is a short distance from Curtin University and the impressive Vic Park cafe and restaurant strip. Lovely natural light fills the whole guesthouse, from the spacious open plan kitchen and living area to the clean and fresh bathroom and two neat double bedrooms. The house has many amenities including full kitchen, wifi, chromecast, washing machine and sunny out door area. Enjoy the private side access with easy self check. Guest access The guesthouse is to the rear of the property. It can be accessed via the side gate and path leading through a lovely native garden. When staying with us you are welcome to use your smaller private patio area as well as the shared lawn and garden. Other things to note We are situated directly across from a park with BBQ facilities and football field, as well as tennis courts that can be hired. A bus stop is situated one house down, ensuring you easy access to the nearby Curtin university or other major transport arteries including Albany highway, Shepparton road and Oats Street train station. Please note we have two small sized dogs. They are indoor dogs (in our home not guesthouse) but use the shared yard for toileting.
