Lake house with own jetty and sauna

Lake cottage with associated jetty and private wood-fired sauna with direct access to Lake Naten. Outdoor kitchen under roof and small beach available. 1 hour from Stockholm. Here you live in the middle of lush nature, right on top of the water, in peace and quiet. The lake connects with a river to the Båven nature reserve, we provide a canoe. Good fishing. The cottage is simple, here it is bohemian life that applies. Back to basics! :) Drinking water is provided. Dry toilet with separate toilet is available. Outdoor shower for rinsing is available. Electric refrigerator and Wi-Fi are available. The space The cottage has an open floor plan with a small dining area, "living room" with a sofa bed and a small electric stove for cold evenings. Note: the loft has a double bed, but the ceiling is lower here, not standing height. Alternatively, the sofa bed in the room downstairs can be made out and used as a bed if needed. Reading corner with armchair, shelves with storage and a staircase up to sleeping loft with bed of 160 cm and view towards the water. The patio has a simple outdoor kitchen with the necessary items, a coffee maker, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. 2 stovetops are available, and basic equipment for cooking. Fresh water is available in a jug and can be refilled if needed. The patio has sofas and tables. The wood-fired sauna is just above the jetty and overlooks the lake. Dry toilet/outdoor toilet with separate that is fresh and completely newly built. This is not for those who want a regular hotel stay but more for those who want to be in nature in a simple, secluded, unique accommodation, on the water! :) Guest access The cottage, outdoor kitchen, sauna, dock and the small beach are free for the guest to access. Other things to note Pizzeria and grocery store are 2 minutes away by car (8 minutes walk) Solbacka Golf Club is 10 minutes away, nice golf course in nature. There is also a good restaurant and bar and also paddle tennis court and gym. Sörmlandsleden has several hiking trails in the nearby area. There are also good roads for cycling or motorcycling. You can take the express train to Gnesta (35 minutes from Stockholm city) and then take the bus to Stjärnhov (20 minutes) to get to the cottage (about 5 minutes walk from the bus)
