Tenuta Morcella Deluxe between Todi and Perugia is an old family estate consisting of a former tobacco dryer and a former stone barn recently renovated at the behest of owner and architect Francesca, Umbrian by birth and Milanese by adoption, a designer and beauty-loving entrepreneur. An oasis of peace surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views and sunsets. Nature and design combine in a dosed blend where no detail is left to chance. The space 120 sqm apartment that is part of a large estate with private entrance, air conditioning and Wii-fii. The equipped kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher and tea and coffee making facilities. This apartment, accessible to wheelchair users, has a double bedroom with a flat-screen TV, an equipped bathroom with shower, a seating area with a sofa bed, and an outdoor veranda with table, chairs and deck chairs. The unit offers the possibility of accommodating up to 4 people. Outside there is a gazebo with table and chairs for private use. GROUND FLOOR STUDIO APARTMENT Newly built studio apartment consisting of a room with comfortable double bed, equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. TWO-ROOM GROUND-FLOOR APARTMENT Recently built two-room apartment consisting of a small living room with an equipped kitchenette and a single sofa bed, a room with a comfortable double bed, and a bathroom with disabled access. SUSTAINABILITY, COMFORT AND CONTEMPORARY SOPHISTICATION The project also takes shape thanks to Barrel12, founded in 2014: it is an innovative and completely sustainable project. From old barrels worn out by time and work, found in the country house in Umbria, architect Francesca Cutini created unique design pieces with different functionalities ranging from poufs to sinks, from bookcases to bar furniture. Different pieces from the Barrel12 collection are featured, integrated into the traditional Umbrian architecture and rural landscape surrounding the farmhouses.
