Aqua La Vista Cottage is the perfect getaway from the every day in Sherkston Shores Resort on beautiful Lake Erie. Bring the whole family (pets OK but max. 2) to this fun, spacious, exciting place with lots of room for relaxation. Enjoy the exciting amenities in the park, bask in the sun at one of three beaches, or just chill out on the covered deck before you enjoy a peaceful fire in the private yard. Your kids are going to LOVE it here! The space Aqua La Vista Cottage is a clean and comfy place to wile away your summer days. This pet-friendly, three bedroom/one bath unit is surprisingly roomy thanks to the Add-a-Room that nearly doubles the available living space and allows for an extra sleeping room as well. Enjoy the covered back deck on a drizzly day or just to get out of the sun for a spell. The front deck is perfect for catching a few rays, or to hang out while you cook up some yummy burgers and hot dogs on the BBQ. You will also be able to view the spectacular fireworks display every Saturday night at 10 PM from this vantage point, so don't miss out on that! The private back yard is unique in Sherkston as it allows you to enjoy some sun, fun and games, and the fire pit without worrying about the neighbours. The driveway allows for two mid-sized cars to park on site, and there is additional free parking just up the road. With all the comforts of home and the added privacy that few other properties at Sherkston Shores offers, Aqua La Vista will surely meet all of your needs and then some. Guest access Guests are free to use any and all of the available space on the site at 11 Turtlewalk. A code for the lock box will be provided on or before the check-in date in order to access the cottage key. Other things to note GOLF CART A four passenger golf cart is available at no extra charge, however an additional signed waiver is required at time of rental. Also, as all drivers must be over 18 and possess a valid driver's license, proof of license will also be required. ONLY licensed drivers 18 and over may operate golf cart. Any fines incurred by misuse of golf cart will be the responsibility of the primary renter as noted on the rental agreement. HOUSEKEEPING When you arrive, the cottage will be have been freshly cleaned and sanitized.
 PETS No pets allowed unless approved by the owner. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will forfeit their rental fee and may be evicted from the property. SMOKING This is a non-smoking home. You are not permitted to smoke in the home. You may smoke on the front and back decks and in the yard. Please do not deposit butts on the ground or on the deck floors. FIREPIT The fireplace and firepit is available to guests. Please use caution. Firewood is not provided. HOUSE PARTIES/EVENTS House parties or organized social events are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction and guests will forfeit their rental fee. TOWELS, LINENS, AND TOILETRIES Towels, wash cloths, kitchen towels, bed linens, and personal toiletries are not provided. PARK FEES (beginning 2026 season) Sherkston Shores charges a park entry fee of $16.95 per adult (ages 6 and up). We will cover that fee for up to four (4) adult guests. Guests will be required to cover the park fees for any adults beyond the initial four. We will send a request through AirB&B for the additional fees prior to check-in.
