Great terraced house with 3 bedrooms (1 children's room)

Family-friendly terraced house centrally located in Western Norway with great hiking opportunities just outside the door. 3 bedrooms available, fully equipped kitchen, nice outdoor area, toys for children 3-6 years. Relatively short distance to the store, about 5 min by car and about 20 min walk. The townhouse comes with two cats. The cats are not best friends, but they get along well. The cats must have food and drink while you live here. They also have a litter box, which needs cleaning if it is used. We have food and equipment for it. The space Freezer and an extra fridge down in the technical room. We will move our food here, so that the fridge upstairs is freely available. You will first come to an entrance where you can put on shoes and hang up jackets. A bedroom on the left and a bedroom on the right. A little further on there's a bathroom with everything you need. Toilet, sink, shower facilities, washing machine, and various laundry equipment, and bags for the cat litter. It is advisable that this door is open when you leave the property in case the cats are inside and need to go to the toilet. Stairs up to the 2nd floor, where you will find another bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room. Door to the porch/outdoor area. Guest access The bedroom for me and my partner is upstairs and will be locked during the period you stay here. Otherwise, just make yourself at home. One bedroom for children 3-6 years, and two bedrooms with a bed of 150 cm and one of 120 cm. Other things to note The thermostat in the bathroom downstairs is broken, so there is no heat in the floor, there is something wrong with some spotlights on the 2nd floor, they work, but not as well as they should. The fireplace on the 2nd floor must not be used as it does not work properly. It would be great if you could make sure that the cats have food and water, they like to be outside, but have their food inside. They use the cat litter box that is down in the toilet, it might be a good idea to empty it if it is used a lot due to the smell.
