This house was built in 1970s, refurbished last year. it's not modern in style. It's not on a Cul-de-sac, and sometimes can hear traffic noise. The entrance has 3 steps. The entire house is for your use.The Sliding gate, fenced yard and Security cameras ensure both safety and privacy We spend 3 hours cleaning every time to ensure that the bed linens are freshly changed and the dining utensils are thoroughly cleaned. Convenient traffic, located in the middle section of Hamilton The space Please note, the house built in the 1970s is not new or modern in design. Guests seeking new or contemporary accommodation—please don’t book this. There are 3 steps at the front door and 2 steps at the back door, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.There is a lightly trafficked road in front of the yard. you may occasionally hear traffic noise. While it’s within an acceptable level, if you’re looking for a very quiet place, this may not be the best fit for you. Guest access The room and the full yard area are available for your use during your stay. Other things to note 3 bedrooms can fit 6 people. If there are 7 guests, the sofa bed in the living room will be set up, which means one guest will sleep in the living room. Our check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am.If you would like to check in early, we will need to hire additional cleaners to complete the cleaning sooner, so a $60 early check-in fee will apply. For late check-out, there will be a late check-out fee of $30. But if you can tell me your reason early, I will be happier to waive the fee.
