The property is tucked away off a quiet dirt road and offers near total privacy. Wildlife is abundant, and you might spot turkeys, deer, foxes, coyotes, porcupines, raccoons, or black bears. The house is 12 minutes from downtown Montpelier with dining, bars, and small businesses. Popular destinations such as Burlington and Stowe are within a 45 min. drive. Great hiking is minutes away. Guest access There is a digital keypad for seamless entry and checkouts. The utility room, which is located in the basement, will be locked. Other things to note House has a Ring doorbell camera and security cameras installed on garage looking out on the driveway and all entrances/exits to the house. Due to household allergies, this is a pet-free, no-smoking space. The house is furnished with HEPA filters in every room. Heat/AC available in upstairs bedrooms and main floor via remote-controlled heat pumps. Radiant floor heat is available as secondary heat. In case of a power outage, the house has a backup generator. Six guests maximum. No parties. No unauthorized guests. No smoking or vaping inside the house. Cell service in this area is limited, but the house is equipped with high-speed internet and has excellent WiFi coverage around the house/yard. Range of family amenities available: 4Moms portable crib with bedding, utensils for tiny humans, Ikea Junior chairs, baby gates, outlet covers, stools, blackout curtains, and plenty of toys.
