House in the woods near Lake Peipsi

Nõmme Holiday House is located in the village of Tammispää in the municipality of Mustvee in Jõgeva County in the forest. We have complete privacy. All electricity comes from solar energy. You can swim in the pond or take a steam bath in the sauna on the shore of the pond and admire the stars in the hot tub. Lake Peipsi is about 2 km away. The main house has a kitchen with everything you need, a party room/lounge and 3 family rooms, plus one room with 6 single beds. There are a total of 14 beds, plus 2 beds for children aged 5-6 years and 2 baby beds. The space The territory of the holiday house is always for one group or group of friends. Holidaymakers have a large outdoor area with several relaxation areas for relaxation and social gatherings. The accommodation also includes a separate sauna house on the bank of the pond and the use of a hot tub. They are heated by the host family and we ask you to inform us in advance of your wish to use them. There is a small hiking trail around the ponds, which is suitable for everyone and especially for children, because in the middle of the hiking trail you have to cross a wooden arch bridge. There are fish in the pond, they can be fed with special bait. Guest access The main house, sauna house and large yard area are for the use of the vacationers. Other things to note Our holiday home operates on 100% solar power, no power lines go to our farm. When consuming electricity and hot water, please take this into account. Nõmme farm was built in the 1930s. When our family took it over, the situation of the farm was bleak. The work continued for years and it will probably never be quite finished... We started by building ponds to drain the marshy soil. Gradually, we began to renovate the main building and built a sauna house on the shore of the pond. When renovating, building and furnishing, we preferred to use natural materials and love to reuse, because there are already so many things in the world. All electricity comes from the sun. There are many new ideas and they are constantly coming. It is customary to keep the best for yourself by Lake Peipus, but in our opinion we created the best place to recharge batteries for ourselves and our friends, but we are happy to rent the holiday house to other nice people who come to Lake Peipus and want to stay here longer and who can appreciate coziness, simplicity, privacy and what is created with the heart.
