There is always staff in the lobby to help you with any issue you may need. - Facilities to book any activities/tours of the bay. ◉ There is a restaurant right below the hotel (it is independent from the hotel). There is breakfast, lunch and dinner. * Access to the beach is six floors below the Panoramic Suite. Other things to note * The Panoramic Suite is located on the third floor from the lobby. * We do not have an elevator. * The access to the beach is five floors below the Suite. * If you have mobility impairments that prevent you from using stairs I do not recommend the Suite. * External guests are not allowed to access the hotel or your unit. >> To guarantee entry to all guests, it is important to select the correct number of people under your reservation, this for security reasons in addition to the fact that the rate depends on the number of guests, thus avoiding extra charges. >> Wifi speed is great for working, videconference, etc.
