Rates: ₱50.00 for the first 3 hours, and ₱20.00 for each additional hour. ₱500.00 overnight ------------------------------------------- USAGE OF ELECTRICITY AND WATER FOR LONG-TERM STAYS 27 days or longer We strive to provide a worry-free stay, but in order to maintain our competitive daily rates, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of electricity and water usage, especially for extended stays. For stays of 27 nights or longer: Any amount exceeding ₱2,500.00 on the monthly electricity bill will be charged to the guest. The charge will be collected through the Resolution Center. An initial meter reading will be provided at check-in and a final reading at check-out. Water usage is capped at 4 cubic meters. Initial and final water meter readings will also be provided.
