Other things to note Each staying guest must provide a photo of a government-issued ID upon booking for condo approval and building access. GYM ACCESS: Has a minimal fee of ₱150 (3-hours), to be paid directly to the admin office at 2nd floor of Studio One. SWIMMING POOL: No swimming pool in the building PARKING: There is no dedicated parking space on the premises, but a nearby paid parking lot is available next to the condominium building. Rates: ₱50.00 for the first 3 hours, and ₱20.00 for each additional hour. ₱500.00 overnight EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN/OUT: May be available with the host’s approval. Please ask in advance. Any applicable fee will be informed before you accept. CLEANING FEE The cleaning fee covers cleaning after checkout only. Daily and mid-stay cleaning are not included. MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS: Will be handled through Airbnb’s Resolution Center and supported with documentation. UTILITIES: Water, electricity, or internet service interruptions may occur. Any refund will be handled under Airbnb’s applicable policies.
