The space The entrance from the courtyard leads you into the inviting open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, where natural stonework, exposed beams, and a stylish tiled floor create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The cosy sitting area offers a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. A dining table with two chairs provides a lovely spot for meals, and a Smart TV and occasional furniture add to the homely feel. The well-equipped kitchen boasts light oak units and is fitted with all the essentials, including an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, microwave, and toaster – ideal for preparing everything from quick snacks to home-cooked meals. The bedroom is furnished with a lovely pine double bed, built-in wardrobe, and chest of drawers for ample storage. The en-suite shower room features an overhead shower, WC, and wash hand basin, providing everything you need for a refreshing start to your day. Outside, your own private patio area awaits, offering stunning views across the rolling countryside, with fields, woodland, and even the distant Preseli mountains in the background. It’s the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind in the evening, or simply take in the beauty of the surrounding landscape. Guests have use of a fully fenced lawn with gates at both ends. Robin Holiday Cottage is a peaceful haven that blends comfort with natural beauty, making it the perfect place to relax, recharge, and explore. Guest access Guest has use of entire cottage and private patio area. Enclosed fenced lawn (seperate from our other holiday cottages). Explore the 40 acres of private woodland and gardens, enjoy time swimming in our outdoor enclosed heated swimming pool (Option to book private 1 or 2 hour slots on arrival - Free of charge) or spend the day fishing at our private lake (There is a small charge of £10 per person per day to fish with maximum 2 rods per person) *Swimming pool open daily from 28th of March – 31st October Swimming Pool opening times: April, May, June, July & August Saturday 10am - 9pm Sunday - Friday 9am - 9pm September & October Saturday 10am - 7pm Sunday - Friday 9am - 7pm Our private Lake is approximately 3/4 of a mile from the cottages. Enjoy a walk through the woods or it is accessible with a 4x4. (NOT accessible with a car). A parking spot is by the entrance to the lake. The lake has been stocked with grass carp and common carp but tench and golden rudd have also been caught. Catch and release with barbless hooks. 21.62lb Grass Carp caught (and released) in June 2025. Starlink WIFI Other things to note The cottages are off road down a private driveway outside of the village of Llanboidy. There is no public transport passing the property. The Preseli mountains are a 20 minute drive away. Centerally located to explore the welsh coast with various beaches to the North (Mwnt, Poppit, Tresaith), South(Saundersfoot, Tenby, Pendine) and West (Abereiddi – blue lagoon and Newgale). 2 dogs welcome (please enquire if you wish to bring more than 2) Please no smoking in the cottage. If guests wish to smoke, we kindly ask for them to do so outside the cottage.
